訂單處理時間
所有商品皆為現貨，一般會在七個工作天內出貨。
運費
所有商品價格均不包含運費。
交貨會以順豐速運到付方式寄出商品。
暫時只限香港及澳門地區收貨。
其他收貨地區請先透過我們Facebook或Instagram留言查詢。
自取
客人可前往我們觀塘辦公室取貨，提貨時間一般為下單後的 2-4 天內，我們會於貨品準備完成後致電或傳送確認訊息給您，請您不要在收到確認通知前前來，以免有耽誤。
退換貨政策
所有貨品均不設退貨退款服務。如需更換其他貨品，客人可於收到貨品後7日内聯絡本公司職員查詢換貨安排。請客人優先透過我們Facebook或Instagram留言聯絡。
注意，換貨並不能更換到同款式的貨品，所有貨品基本上都是單件存貨，但不限於更換其他同等價值的貨品，訂購前請考慮清楚才下單，以免收貨後產生誤會。
所有已使用過的貨品均不設退貨及換貨服務。

Delivery Details
Order Processing Time
All products are available for sale in stock. And will generally be shipped within seven working days.
Shipping Charge
All products prices do not include shipping costs.
Delivery will be done via SF Express collect.
Currently, delivery is limited to Hong Kong and Macau.
For other delivery areas, please contact us through Facebook or Instagram.

Self-pickup
Customers can go to our Kwun Tong office to pick up the goods. The pick-up time is usually 2-4 days after placing the order. We will call or send you a confirmation message after the goods are ready. Please do not come before receiving the confirmation notice to avoid delays.
Return and Exchange Policy
All products are not returnable or refundable. If you need to exchange other products, you can contact our staff within 7 days after receiving the goods to inquire about the exchange arrangement. Please contact us by sending a message via our Facebook or Instagram as a priority.
Please note that the exchange cannot be exchanged for the same style of products. All products are basically single-piece stocks, but it is not limited to exchange for other products of equal value. Please consider clearly before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings after receiving the goods.
